Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange & refund policy:

Items once delivered or collected by the client cannot be exchanged or refunded. Order cancellation can be done 7 days prior to the delivery or collection date, refund will be settled through credit note only. (Proof of original receipt must be produced).

• Special/customized order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Discounted/promotional/clearance items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed during the promotion/sales period.

Delivery of items will be done only after 100% payment is received in advance (In case of partial payments minimum 50% should be deposited at the time of purchase, and the rest of the balance must be cleared within 30 days).
All items must be thoroughly checked at the time of delivery or collection before signing the delivery note any claim later will not be entertained.(Sales/promotions are not applicable in design consultation services).
