Delivery Process

Scheduling & Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our customer service team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Delivery Timelines

  • In-stock items will be delivered within 5 to 6 working days.
  • Pre-order or custom-made items will follow the estimated delivery date indicated on the product page or as advised by our team.

Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or transportation issues may cause changes. Customers will be promptly informed of any such delays.

Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of purchase. Eldiar is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. (Cause delays)

Receipt & Inspection
Upon delivery, customers are requested to inspect the items thoroughly before signing the delivery Order. Signing confirms acceptance of the item in its delivered condition. For any visible damage or issues, kindly report them immediately at info@eldiar.ae or +971 2 657 8444.

UAE Delivery *

We offer free delivery within the UAE* for orders exceeding the following thresholds:

  • AED 5,000 for main cities including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Al Ain
  • AED 10,000 for remote areas such as Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, Ras al-Khaimah, Liwa, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, and Umm al-Quwain
  • AED 1,000 for Abu Dhabi (within city limits)

Delivery Charges (for orders below threshold):

  • AED 200 – Abu Dhabi (if order is under AED 1,000)
  • AED 300 – Viewing charge in Abu Dhabi if no purchase is made
  • AED 400 – Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Madinat Zayed (if under AED 5,000)
  • AED 650 – Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, Ras al-Khaimah, Liwa, Ruwais, Umm al-Quwain (if under AED 10,000).

Customers will be notified in advance regarding delivery scheduling.
Eldiar shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of goods after delivery or installation (where applicable).

Additional charges may apply if the customer is unavailable at the time of the scheduled delivery.

International Shipping

While we do not directly ship internationally, we are happy to assist our international customers in arranging delivery through third-party logistics providers.

  • For large international orders, we can help you obtain a shipping quote based on your location and order value.
  • Alternatively, you may arrange your own courier or freight service, and we’ll coordinate with them to prepare the shipment.

Storage Policy

Eldiar offers complimentary storage for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

 A storage fee of 5% of the total order value will apply for each additional month beyond the initial 30-day period.

Liability Disclaimer

Eldiar is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of goods held in storage beyond the complimentary period. All items remain the property and responsibility of the customer after the free storage duration ends.

Packaging

All UAE deliveries are securely packed using premium materials to ensure safe handling during local transit.

For international shipments, goods are suitably prepared for transport and verified by the shipping carrier at the time of collection from Eldiar’s warehouse.

Insurance

Transit insurance is provided by the shipping partner and is highly recommended, especially for international shipments.

Eldiar shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the item has been collected by the carrier or delivered to the customer, unless the order is insured through the shipping provider.

Import Duties & Customs

All taxes, duties, or additional customs charges at the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing international orders.
